what a nice thing to just paint and be free. I painted this with my eyes closed to start then added some kool stuff later.
chapter 3
out of the box
i'm still learning to think outside of the box
my therapist encouraged me to paint what i feel instead of what i think
after freely expressing myself, i sat with the painting and added things as i saw fit
i found that i was becoming free again
able to let myself feel my feelings without judgement
music
this way through the sadness
